Are you insured?

We have fully comprehensive public liability insurance which means you are insured as a customer and we are insured on your property

Is the work guaranteed?

All hard landscaping is guaranteed up to 12 months. Soft landscaping can come with strict aftercare, all this information is provided by us but the result of the work will rely on the maintenance so a guarantee has to be discussed on a case by case basis

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No initial deposit is required. Once the work commences regular updates will be sent across, a payment is required on completion of each phase of work. Phases are defined prior to the work commencing

Will my project be finished on time?

Although we make every effort to stick to any timescales leeway must be given for adverse weather conditions

Will it cost more than the quotation?

Although a quote is not an estimate and is the final amount additional amendments must be considered such as changes made by the customer and unforeseen work which could not be quoted for such as any hidden surprises during ground preparation
